the location is central. i had an executive suite sea view and the views were very nice, especially at sunset!!! breakfast was yummy. the staff provided excellent service.
the city noise at night can be a little disruptive.

the location was central. i could easily walk to different restaurants and shops. the staff members were super friendly and helpful with any requests. they even offered assistance with tours and transportation.

The staff provided great assistance ensuring all our needs were met quickly and efficiently. I appreciated the central location. Everything I wanted to see was easily accessible from the hotel. The rooftop offered a nice view for relaxation. It made everything comfortable.
The walls were quite thin. I could hear noise from outside and from the adjacent rooms. This impacted sleep quality a bit.

The complimentary airport transfer was convenient. My king room had two separate sinks in the bathroom. The hotel is very close to the boat tour loading area. I walked there in about five minutes. I found a bank nearby.
The hotel is close to a beach, but I observed that swimming wasn't feasible there. I noticed a public notice posted at the front of the hotel. It mentioned improper sewer water discharge, so that concerned me. The staff made copies of my passport visas, I am not sure why they needed this.
